Fasthosts Scam - 18/07/2009 00:14:03

Fasthosts are scammers, they renew domains 30 days (one month) before expiry without warning. They then refuse to refund stating that it is in the terms and conditions (contract) that they renew automatically.
Nowhere does it state that they renew 30 days in advance.

All other registrars I have been with renew a week or even a few days (or some, on the day) of expiry.

Their customer service are unwilling to refund or even explain why they take renewal fees so far in advance.. poor show and terrible company.
Google searches also return many other complaints over this exact practice from FastHosts / UKreg.
